Cub Scouts and Venture Crews to Adopt Scout Oath and Law

On October 17, 2013, the BSA's Executive Board decided that the Cub Scouts and Venture Crews will no longer have separate Oaths, Law, Code, etc. but will assume the Oath and Law of the Boy Scouts. Cubs will maintain their motto, sign, salute, and handshake, while the Venture Crews will adopt the Boy Scout versions of the same. Venture Crew changes will take place in January, 2014, while Cub Scout changes will occur in 2015.

We are still waiting for them to add, 'A Scout is...Hungry.'
